Pirates Take NFFLA Championship
The season ending as exciting as it started with the NFFLA Pirates taking the title. A season favorite to win the title, handled the Broncos with its potent offense, led by Chris Whitlow. It was a fantastic finish, but the Broncos simply couldn't hold back the Pirates as the game came to a close. The championship MVP was Mike Cabeza, who was all hands as he slid past Broncos defenders, scoring two TD's. Congrats to the Pirates for an outstanding season.
